History of The Egg Man

Our founder, Jeff, started Englin Egg's LLC. in 1986 with a simple vision: to provide the best quality eggs to his local community. After working in the Marine Corps and in construction, Jeff started selling eggs at the public market. As his business grew, he started making deliveries to local restaurants, and soon became a beloved supplier to a variety of businesses in the area. Today, we remain committed to Jeff's original vision, and work hard to ensure our eggs are of the highest quality, and that they always reach our customers fresh.
